Oqera Collective is a Mumbai-based luxury fragrance house founded by Aqeel Merchant and Moosa Khan. Our registered address is Shop No. 10, Ground Floor, Plot No. 283, Meghdoot Building, Sion East, Mumbai – 400022.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any order confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
Product images are for representational purposes. Slight variations in packaging may exist.
Availability of products is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable post-purchase, with a full refund issued promptly.

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Estimated delivery timelines vary by location (generally 3–7 business days within India).
Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed at checkout.
Oqera is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
We currently ship within India only unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to the Oqera name, logo, product names (Nuvair, Oud Mirage, Lush, Smooth Sage, Vanilla Veil, Noir, Wadi Amber), photographs, descriptions, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Oqera Collective.
