Placing an Order

Simply browse our shop, add your chosen fragrance to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

We begin processing orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at oqerahelp@gmail.com or +91 76500 50063. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage your wishlist, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.

Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.

Absolutely. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details at any point.

This can occasionally happen due to a bank or network issue. Please do not retry the payment. Failed transaction amounts are typically auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. If the amount is not refunded, contact your bank and share your transaction reference. You can also write to us and we will help investigate.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities generally receive orders sooner.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹80. Orders below this threshold will have a nominal shipping fee applied at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from the Order Tracking page on our website.

Please check with neighbours or your building security first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update and we will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that fragrance is deeply personal. However, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. We strongly encourage you to explore our product descriptions and notes before purchasing. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out — our team is happy to guide you to the right scent.

We are truly sorry if this happened. Please email us at oqerahelp@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Once your return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Products

Our fragrances are crafted using a fine-grade perfumer's alcohol base, which is standard in eau de parfum formulations. If you have specific sensitivities or require alcohol-free options, please contact us before ordering.

Our fragrances have a shelf life of up to 3 years from the date of manufacture when stored correctly — away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Keeping the bottle sealed when not in use will also help preserve the scent profile.

Yes. Oqera is committed to ethical practices. Our fragrances are not tested on animals, and we work with suppliers who share the same values.
