1. Our Promise
At Oqera, every bottle that leaves our atelier is held to the same exacting standard we set for ourselves. We want you to wear your fragrance with complete confidence. If something is not right, we will make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The item was not purchased during a sale, flash offer, or marked as non-returnable at checkout.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is shared at the time of raising a return request.
The item is not a part of a gifting set or limited-edition bundle (unless received in a damaged condition).
Please note: Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be accepted for return unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologise and will resolve it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer, once our team verifies the concern.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any order confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
Product images are for representational purposes. Slight variations in packaging may exist.
Availability of products is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable post-purchase, with a full refund issued promptly.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at oqerahelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return confirmation and instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it to our address in Mumbai.
Share the return tracking details with us once dispatched.
Return shipping cost: In cases of damaged or incorrect products, Oqera bears the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the reverse shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment source.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via NEFT / UPI to a bank account provided by you.
Store credit option is also available if you prefer it.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used fragrances (unless defective).
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
Gift cards and vouchers.
Products showing signs of tampering, misuse, or missing original seals.
